How it works

From message to mayhem in four steps.

You plan the party. We handle every part of the ride — before, during and after. Here's exactly what happens and when.

01

Tell us the date

Send your event date, venue and rough headcount — phone, email or the form. If you're inside San Diego or North County, you're in our service area.

02

Lock it in

We confirm availability the same day and send a written quote with a signed agreement. A deposit holds the bull for your date; the balance is due on the day.

03

We roll up

Our crew arrives ahead of your guests with the bull, the matting, the lights and the sound. Setup and safety check take about 45 minutes.

04

We run the ride

A trained operator runs every session — managing the queue, the speed, the music and the safety of each rider — then tears everything down after.

The day itself

45 minutes to set up. All night to remember.

Our crew arrives early, runs the safety check, then hands the night to the operator. You'll never be asked to manage a queue, reset a ride or chase a cable.

Good to know

Questions hosts always ask.

Still unsure about something? Call us — a real person answers.

How much space does the bull need?
A flat area roughly 20 × 20 feet with a 110V power outlet within about 50 feet. Grass, turf, concrete and most pavers all work; we bring matting to protect the surface underneath.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes. El Indomable has a gentle low-impact ride curve designed for all ages, and every session is run by a trained operator who sets the speed. We supply age-appropriate rules and a padded landing zone.
Do you need to be there the whole time?
An operator stays for the entire rental window — that's standard, not an upgrade. They run the ride, manage the line and keep things moving so you can host.
What happens if it rains?
Light weather is fine; the bull runs under a canopy. For unsafe conditions we'll reschedule to an available date at no extra cost. Full terms come with your quote.
How far do you travel?
San Diego and North County are included. We regularly travel further into Southern California — send the venue and we'll quote the mileage upfront, with no surprise fees later.
How do I pay?
Deposit to hold the date, balance on the day. Card, transfer or cash. We're fully insured and can provide a certificate of general liability for venues that require one.
